Remodify Home & Construction is a licensed California General B Contractor (CSLB) providing residential remodeling services including but not limited to kitchen remodels, bathroom renovations, home additions, ADU construction, outdoor living spaces, and whole-home renovations throughout the greater Sacramento region and Northern California.
All construction services are governed by a separate written contract signed by both parties before work begins. No services are rendered and no contractual obligation arises from a website inquiry, contact form submission, consultation, or estimate alone.
We reserve the right to decline any project or service request at our discretion.
Cost ranges displayed on this website (including on cost guide pages) are approximate figures based on typical project scope and local market conditions. They are provided for general reference only and do not constitute a binding quote or guarantee of final project cost.
Actual pricing depends on final project scope, material selections, site conditions, permit requirements, and other factors determined during your in-home consultation. A written estimate is provided following your consultation and is valid for the period specified within that document.
No estimate or written quote constitutes a contract. A signed construction agreement is required before any work commences.
